Urgent Notification: Changes in the Schedule for the English Proficiency Exams!
We hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that there have been some unforeseen circumstances that have prompted us to make changes to the schedule for the upcoming English Proficiency Exams. Please take note of the following adjustments:
1. Date Change:
The originally scheduled date for the English Proficiency Exams has been changed from August 20th to September 5th. This decision was made to ensure that all necessary preparations and arrangements can be made to uphold the high standards of the exams.
2. Venue Change:
Due to unforeseeable circumstances, there has been a change in the venue for the English Proficiency Exams. The exams will now be held at the newly constructed University Auditorium instead of the Sports Complex as initially planned. The University Auditorium offers a more spacious and comfortable environment for the exams.
3. Updated Exam Timetable:
With the change in the exam date, there have also been adjustments to the exam timetable. Please refer to the updated schedule below:
- Listening Test: 9:00 am - 10:30 am
- Reading Test: 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
- Writing Test: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
- Speaking Test: Will be conducted individually from September 1st to September 5th. Detailed schedules will be announced shortly.
4. Registration Deadline Extension:
In light of these unexpected changes, we have extended the registration deadline for the English Proficiency Exams until August 25th. This additional time will allow students who were unable to register earlier to do so.
We understand that these changes may inconvenience some of you, but we assure you that they have been made in the best interest of all the students to maintain the integrity and quality of the exams. We kindly request your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time.
